General Shipping Information

 

PIN-US Goodies International delivers anywhere within the United States. All orders ship from our office in Loma Linda, CA via USPS and USP.

 

It is our goal to ship out orders within 2 business days from receipt. The estimated delivery time ranges from 2 to 7 business days.

 

Upon shipment, a tracking number will be sent to you by email. You may track your order on the applicable carrier’s website.

 

Shipping Rates

 

We offer free shipping for all orders totaling $88 or more.

Orders that do not qualify for free shipping have a flat shipping rate of $13 regardless of weight.

 

Taxes

 

Items sold through our Site may be subject to taxes and other governmental charges. If an item is subject to taxes, prior to submitting your purchase request, an estimated tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

Changing Shipping Address

 

If you wish to change your shipping address after you have submitted your order, please email us immediately at pin.usgoodies.intl@gmail.com.

 

Unfortunately, if the order has been shipped, you will not be able to change it. It is our goal to provide prompt delivery service, which includes fulfilling your order quickly. If the order has not been processed, we will be able to update the delivery address.
